Houses behind hedges, often older than they look, with kitchens that years of alterations have made entirely their own. That is why we would rather come and look than quote straight away: where the heat is, where the brigade can work, and how the plates reach the table without crossing your party. The narrow lanes mean we unload further along.
Our home base in Baarn is about fifteen minutes away. Close enough for fresh sourcing on the day itself, and for a chef who is at your stove on time even on a weeknight. Not an anonymous catering company, but one chef with his own brigade, taking care of your evening from the first sketch to the last plate.

How quickly can you be in Laren?+
Laren is about fifteen minutes from our home base in Baarn. That means we can also cater at short notice and midweek, with fresh sourcing on the day itself.
Will you come and see our kitchen beforehand?+
Gladly. Laren is fifteen minutes from Baarn, so meeting on site costs little and prevents surprises on the night.

Do I need a fully equipped kitchen?+
No. We agree in advance what is needed and bring what is missing. In most home kitchens we can work perfectly well.
How do you handle allergies and dietary requirements?+
We take them fully into account in the menu design. Let us know with your enquiry and we factor them in from the first sketch.
How does payment work?+
On a confirmed quote you receive a payment link for a 40% deposit. This secures your date. The remaining amount is paid five days before the event; for events settled on actuals, the balance follows afterwards. If you cancel, what you owe depends on the timing: up to 14 days before the event you pay nothing and we refund the deposit in full. After that it increases according to the scale in article 9.2 of our terms.
