A mix of nineteen-thirties houses with their own kitchen at the back and flats in the centre where space is tighter. Both work; the difference is in the setup. In a smaller kitchen we put less on the heat at once and prepare more in advance, so you are not stepping around a chef and the food still arrives hot and on time.
Our home base in Baarn is about twenty minutes away. Close enough for fresh sourcing on the day itself, and for a chef who is at your stove on time even on a weeknight. Not an anonymous catering company, but one chef with his own brigade, taking care of your evening from the first sketch to the last plate.

How quickly can you be in Bussum?+
Bussum is about twenty minutes from our home base in Baarn. That means we can also cater at short notice and midweek, with fresh sourcing on the day itself.
We have a small kitchen. Can you manage with that?+
Yes. We prepare more in advance and put less on the heat at once. Whatever is missing we bring; a normal kitchen is enough for us.

How does payment work?+
On a confirmed quote you receive a payment link for a 40% deposit. This secures your date. The remaining amount is paid five days before the event; for events settled on actuals, the balance follows afterwards. If you cancel, what you owe depends on the timing: up to 14 days before the event you pay nothing and we refund the deposit in full. After that it increases according to the scale in article 9.2 of our terms.
