Behind the hedges and thatched roofs of the old village are houses that are rarely built to a standard plan inside. That is exactly why we come and look first: where the oven stands, where the brigade can work, how we get from kitchen to table without walking through the party. The narrow lanes mean we unload further along and carry in.
Our home base in Baarn is about fifteen minutes away. Close enough for fresh sourcing on the day itself, and for a chef who is at your stove on time even on a weeknight. Not an anonymous catering company, but one chef with his own brigade, taking care of your evening from the first sketch to the last plate.

How quickly can you be in Blaricum?+
Blaricum is about fifteen minutes from our home base in Baarn. That means we can also cater at short notice and midweek, with fresh sourcing on the day itself.
Our drive and street are narrow. Is that a problem?+
No. We unload further along and carry in, and agree in advance when that suits you best. We plan for it.

Do I need a fully equipped kitchen?+
No. We agree in advance what is needed and bring what is missing. In most home kitchens we can work perfectly well.

How does payment work?+
On a confirmed quote you receive a payment link for a 40% deposit. This secures your date. The remaining amount is paid five days before the event; for events settled on actuals, the balance follows afterwards. If you cancel, what you owe depends on the timing: up to 14 days before the event you pay nothing and we refund the deposit in full. After that it increases according to the scale in article 9.2 of our terms.
