How quickly can you be in Huizen?+

Huizen is about twenty minutes from our home base in Baarn. So we are on the spot in time for set-up, also at short notice.

We want to eat by the water. Can you work outside?+

Yes, provided we have seen the spot beforehand. We look at wind, surface and power, and always keep an indoor fallback ready.

Can you cater larger corporate events in Huizen too?+

Yes. A board dinner and a larger corporate event call for a different set-up; let us know the number of guests with your enquiry and we tailor the format and menu to it.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies for multiple guests?+

Yes. We map out all requirements in advance and incorporate them systematically into the menu, so every guest can sit down with confidence.

How does invoicing work?+

Once the quote is agreed, you receive a payment link for a 40% deposit, which secures the date. The remaining amount follows five days before the event, or afterwards for events settled on actuals. On cancellation, the amount due depends on the timing: up to 14 days before the event we charge nothing and refund the deposit in full; after that the cancellation scale in our terms applies. Everything invoiced clearly and in line with your administrative requirements.
