Business catering in Blaricum

In Blaricum we cater business dinners and gatherings with the attention of a gastronomic kitchen, down to the detail.

Company occasions in Blaricum are seldom held in a hall; more often it is a country house, a garden or a private venue with character. That calls for service that does not draw attention and a menu that suits the room. We set up where we can and finish the dishes in front of your guests, so the venue keeps the leading role.

Our home base in Baarn is about fifteen minutes away. That means short lines, fresh sourcing and a chef at your table or office on time. Not an anonymous catering company, but one chef with his own brigade, handling your occasion from briefing to aftercare.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

How quickly can you be in Blaricum?+

Blaricum is about fifteen minutes from our home base in Baarn. So we are on the spot in time for set-up, also at short notice.

Our drive and street are narrow. Is that a problem?+

No. We unload further along and carry in, and agree in advance when that suits you best. We plan for it.

Can you cater larger corporate events in Blaricum too?+

Yes. A board dinner and a larger corporate event call for a different set-up; let us know the number of guests with your enquiry and we tailor the format and menu to it.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies for multiple guests?+

Yes. We map out all requirements in advance and incorporate them systematically into the menu, so every guest can sit down with confidence.

How does invoicing work?+

Once the quote is agreed, you receive a payment link for a 40% deposit, which secures the date. The remaining amount follows five days before the event, or afterwards for events settled on actuals. On cancellation, the amount due depends on the timing: up to 14 days before the event we charge nothing and refund the deposit in full; after that the cancellation scale in our terms applies. Everything invoiced clearly and in line with your administrative requirements.

What is included in the service?+

We specify this per proposal: from menu and sourcing to service and set-up. So you know exactly what will be delivered in advance.

Tell us about your occasion in Blaricum, and we take care of the rest.
