Inside the fortress the streets are narrow and stopping at the door is rarely an option; outside it and by the marina there is space, and water. So we ask in advance where you live and how we can reach you. On the IJmeer we like to cook with fish and with a menu that works outside as well as in.
Our home base in Baarn is about 25 minutes away. Close enough for fresh sourcing on the day itself, and for a chef who is at your stove on time even on a weeknight. Not an anonymous catering company, but one chef with his own brigade, taking care of your evening from the first sketch to the last plate.

How quickly can you be in Muiden?+

We are inside the fortress, where unloading is difficult. Will that work?+
Yes. We agree in advance where we can stop, arrive in good time and carry in. We plan for it; you will not notice.

How does payment work?+
On a confirmed quote you receive a payment link for a 40% deposit. This secures your date. The remaining amount is paid five days before the event; for events settled on actuals, the balance follows afterwards. If you cancel, what you owe depends on the timing: up to 14 days before the event you pay nothing and we refund the deposit in full. After that it increases according to the scale in article 9.2 of our terms.
