Baarn, Soest, Eemnes, Bunschoten and Amersfoort: the Eemland is our immediate surroundings, with the shortest lines and everything freshly cooked on location.
The polder land between Baarn, Soest, Eemnes and Amersfoort: farms, yards and country houses, and therefore barns and threshing floors where a celebration looks better than in any hall. There is rarely a kitchen there, and that is no obstacle; we build one. What does matter is power, a level surface and the time to be ready well before your guests.
From our home base in Baarn, central to the region, we are quickly on the spot anywhere. Close enough for fresh sourcing on the day itself, and for a chef who is at your stove on time. Not an anonymous catering company, but one chef with his own brigade, taking care of your evening from the first sketch to the last plate.

Good to know
Where in the Eemland do you come?+
In Baarn, Soest, Eemnes, Amersfoort, Nijkerk, Leusden and the surrounding area. Baarn is our home base, so in the Eemland the lines are the shortest of all.
We want it in a barn or on the yard. Is that possible without a kitchen?+
Yes. We build a full working kitchen. We need power, a level surface and setup time; we bring the rest.
Do you have a page per town?+
Yes, for most towns in the Eemland we have a dedicated page. If yours is not listed, just mention it with your enquiry.
Do I need a fully equipped kitchen?+
No. We agree in advance what is needed and bring what is missing. In most home kitchens we can work perfectly well.
How do you handle allergies and dietary requirements?+
We take them fully into account in the menu design. Let us know with your enquiry and we factor them in from the first sketch.
How does payment work?+
On a confirmed quote you receive a payment link for a 40% deposit. This secures your date. The remaining amount is paid five days before the event; for events settled on actuals, the balance follows afterwards. If you cancel, what you owe depends on the timing: up to 14 days before the event you pay nothing and we refund the deposit in full. After that it increases according to the scale in article 9.2 of our terms.
