Business catering in Bilthoven

In Bilthoven we provide business dinners and events with the precision your organisation radiates.

Offices and meeting venues in green surroundings, where guests often travel some distance and the day runs long. We plan for that: something on arrival, a lunch that does not sit heavy, and a dinner at the end that closes the programme rather than interrupting it. What the kitchen holds matters less than the time we get to set up.

Our home base in Baarn is about 25 minutes away. That means short lines, fresh sourcing and a chef at your table or office on time. Not an anonymous catering company, but one chef with his own brigade, handling your occasion from briefing to aftercare.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

How quickly can you be in Bilthoven?+

Bilthoven is about 25 minutes from our home base in Baarn. So we are on the spot in time for set-up, also at short notice.

Can you cook outside in the garden?+

Yes, provided we have seen the setup beforehand: we look at surface, power and wind. If in doubt we build inside and serve outside.

Can you cater larger corporate events in Bilthoven too?+

Yes. A board dinner and a larger corporate event call for a different set-up; let us know the number of guests with your enquiry and we tailor the format and menu to it.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies for multiple guests?+

Yes. We map out all requirements in advance and incorporate them systematically into the menu, so every guest can sit down with confidence.

How does invoicing work?+

Once the quote is agreed, you receive a payment link for a 40% deposit, which secures the date. The remaining amount follows five days before the event, or afterwards for events settled on actuals. On cancellation, the amount due depends on the timing: up to 14 days before the event we charge nothing and refund the deposit in full; after that the cancellation scale in our terms applies. Everything invoiced clearly and in line with your administrative requirements.

What is included in the service?+

We specify this per proposal: from menu and sourcing to service and set-up. So you know exactly what will be delivered in advance.

Tell us about your occasion in Bilthoven, and we take care of the rest.
