Distances are greater here and the properties lie further from the road; that calls for setup time, and we plan it generously. In return you get a place where eating outside is the obvious thing, and a menu that suits the season and the surroundings.
From our home base in Baarn, central to the region, we are quickly on the spot anywhere. Close enough for fresh sourcing on the day itself, and for a chef who is at your stove on time. Not an anonymous catering company, but one chef with his own brigade, taking care of your evening from the first sketch to the last plate.

Good to know
Where on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug do you come?+
In Zeist, Bilthoven, De Bilt, Driebergen, Doorn and the surrounding area. From our home base in Baarn we are there in about 25 minutes.
Our venue is out of the way. Is that a problem?+
No, we allow extra setup time for it. Tell us at enquiry how to reach you and where we can unload.
Do you have a page per town?+
For Zeist and Bilthoven we have a dedicated page; for the other towns we are glad to align it with you at your enquiry.
Do I need a fully equipped kitchen?+
No. We agree in advance what is needed and bring what is missing. In most home kitchens we can work perfectly well.
How do you handle allergies and dietary requirements?+
We take them fully into account in the menu design. Let us know with your enquiry and we factor them in from the first sketch.
How does payment work?+
On a confirmed quote you receive a payment link for a 40% deposit. This secures your date. The remaining amount is paid five days before the event; for events settled on actuals, the balance follows afterwards. If you cancel, what you owe depends on the timing: up to 14 days before the event you pay nothing and we refund the deposit in full. After that it increases according to the scale in article 9.2 of our terms.
